We went on a romantic escape and enjoyed the complementary happy hour and breakfast. The hotel was located near the beach and we were able to walk there, which was very convenient. Another great aspect was the Jacuzzi, which was perfect for relaxing in after a day of exploring.
Our room was disappointing. The locks did not work, and we had to move rooms. Also, there was no refrigerator or exhaust fan in the bathroom. We also had to call the front desk because the TV was not working. For the price we paid, we expected better maintenance. Despite the helpful staff, these issues cannot be overlooked.

The hotel was easy to locate from the highway and offered an interesting city view from the sixth floor. The front desk personnel were professional and pleasant, whilst the night-time janitorial staff showed exceptional customer service skills. The hotel was well-maintained and clean throughout, including all of its facilities.

Our xmas experience was overall positive with the hotel. We particularly liked the complementary breakfast and wifi that were included in our stay. The hotel's location was also very convenient for exploring the downtown area and nearby attractions. The staff was courteous and welcoming, providing us with all the necessary information about restaurants and shops in the area. We enjoyed the cozy ambiance of the lobby, fireplace, and holiday decorations that made us feel right at home.
We were disappointed that the hotel's lounge and restaurant were closed during our stay. We had planned on staying in for xmas, but we had to leave the hotel to find food and drinks. This was inconvenient, especially given the harsh winter weather conditions outside. The hotel's facilities were also outdated and in need of renovation, as we experienced some issues with the heating and plumbing in our room. our xmas stay was just average, and we hope that the hotel's management will address these issues to improve guests' experiences in the future.
